Returns are accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipment or if you received an incomplete/wrong product. Please notify us at merchandise@singaporegp.sg within 3 days of receiving your order, and return the product within 14 days (for local orders) or 30 days (for international orders).

Local Orders Return Policy
STEP 1: Review Return Checklist
- Notification to merchandise@singaporegp.sg has been done within 3 days of receiving your order
- Product must be returned within 14 days from date of order received
- Product must be in its original packaging and have not been worn, altered, or washed.
- Product must have the original hang tags and labels attached.
STEP 2: Fill in the Return Form
- Kindly fill in the Merchandise Return Form (MRF) and place it with the product(s) to be returned. Please note that returns without a completed MRF will be subjected to delays.
STEP 3: Pack and Return
- Please remove any original mailing address label or shipping barcodes on the package if you intend to re-use the original packaging.
- Please use a trackable delivery method for all returns and keep the tracking details for your records. Singapore GP is not responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
- Delivery costs for all returns shall be borne by the customer.
STEP 4: Return Confirmation
- Once we have received your returned products(s), we will inspect them to determine whether they are incorrect, defective or damaged.
- If the product(s) is found to have met the requirements, we will offer you either:
- A one-to-one exchange for the same item, or
- A full refund for the damaged product.

NOTE:
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Products purchased from the Singapore GP online store cannot be exchanged or refunded.
International Orders Return Policy
