Where can I purchase official Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 merchandise?

You can purchase official Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 merchandise from our online store at shop.singaporegp.sg and merchandise booths within the Circuit Park from 3 October to 5 October 2025.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order if it has not been shipped yet?

Your order will be processed immediately upon successful payment, hence we will not be able to cancel
or change your order.

Why is my order cancelled even though I have received a successful order confirmation email?

Your order may have been cancelled for reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, we will notify you via email on the follow-up process.

Will I receive an order confirmation for my online purchase?

Yes, you will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as your payment is successful.

What if I do not receive an email confirmation after successful payment of my order?

If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at merchandise@singaporegp.sg and we’ll be happy to assist..

How do I place a bulk or corporate order?

For corporate purchases or bulk orders of 9 or more of the same item, please email us at merchandise@singaporegp.sg.

Is there available stock for all the items listed on the website?

While our inventory is regularly updated, there may be rare occasions where a product may be sold out at the time of order processing.

Selected products’ availability will be verified before your order process is completed. Should any product(s) become unavailable, you will be notified before check-out.

Will products listed as ‘Sold Out’ be available again at a later time?

Yes, some products may be available again at a later time. Please visit our online store regularly to check if the products are back in stock, or click on the ‘Notify Me’ button to be notified when fresh stock is coming in.

Refunds

If you return a product that does not meet the requirements for returns set above, we reserve the right to reject the return and refund the cost of the purchase accordingly.

If we receive your package within the timeline specified above, please allow 14 working days for us to process your returns and determine if the product(s) meet our Return Policy.

Once approved, the refund will be made within 30 to 45 days.

If payment was made with your debit or credit card, the refund will be credited back to the card used for the transaction.

Refunds will be made in Singapore Dollars.

Can I return a damaged, defective product or incomplete product?

Returns are accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipment or if you received an incomplete/wrong product. Please notify us at merchandise@singaporegp.sg within 3 days of receiving your order, and return the product within 14 days (for local orders) or 30 days (for international orders).

Local Orders Return Policy

STEP 1: Review Return Checklist

  • Notification to merchandise@singaporegp.sg has been done within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Product must be returned within 14 days from date of order received
  • Product must be in its original packaging and have not been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Product must have the original hang tags and labels attached.

STEP 2: Fill in the Return Form

  • Kindly fill in the Merchandise Return Form (MRF) and place it with the product(s) to be returned. Please note that returns without a completed MRF will be subjected to delays.

STEP 3: Pack and Return

  • Please remove any original mailing address label or shipping barcodes on the package if you intend to re-use the original packaging.
  • Please use a trackable delivery method for all returns and keep the tracking details for your records. Singapore GP is not responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
  • Delivery costs for all returns shall be borne by the customer.

STEP 4: Return Confirmation

  • Once we have received your returned products(s), we will inspect them to determine whether they are incorrect, defective or damaged.
  • If the product(s) is found to have met the requirements, we will offer you either:
    • A one-to-one exchange for the same item, or
    • A full refund for the damaged product.

  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Products purchased from the Singapore GP online store cannot be exchanged or refunded.

International Orders Return Policy

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, products sold cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns And Exchange Policy

By placing an order via the Singapore GP online store, you agree and are bounded by the Terms and Conditions for Exchange & Returns.

Please note that you may only return a product when you:
• receive a product that is different from what was shown or described on the website.
• receive a faulty or damaged product.

Is there a minimum order required?

No, there is no minimum order required and no surcharge will be applied to small orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit card payments via AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, JCB and China UnionPay.

Can I choose to self-collect my order?

Yes, you can opt for self-collection, which will be available at the following venue, dates and timing.

Is the promotion available in physical stores?

No, this offer is exclusive to online purchases made through our official store between 5 to 12 September 2025.

If I wish to select self-collection, when should I place my order?

Please make your purchases by 24 September 2025 before 11:59pm (Singapore time).
For orders made before or on 24 September 2025, it will be available for self-collection from 29 September 2025 to 5 October 2025 at the address stated above. Please ensure you present your confirmation email upon collection.

Are there any charges for self-collection?

Self-collection is free of charge for all orders.

Can I login using my Singapore GP app account?

Yes, if you have created an account previously on the Singapore GP app, you can use the same login details for the online merchandise store.

I clicked “Forgot Password” but did not receive a verification code.

If you did not receive a verification code, the email address you entered may not be linked to an account. Customers who registered before 4 September 2025 will need to re-register in our new system. Please ensure you are using the email address linked to your new account.
