We will only accept return of products with genuine manufacturing defects, products damaged during shipment or incomplete/wrong products received. Please notify us via email within 3 days of receipt of goods and return the product to us within 14 days (for local returns) or 30 days (for international returns).
Local Returns Policy
- All returns must include a completed Merchandise Return Form (MRF)
(Please note that returns without a completed MRF will be subjected to delays.) - Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Product must be in its original packaging and have not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Product must have the original hang tags and labels attached.
- Please note that local delivery charges are not refundable.
- Please remove or cover any original mailing address label or shipping barcodes on the package if using the original packaging for the returns.
- Please use a trackable delivery method for the returns and keep the tracking details for your
records. Singapore GP shall not be responsible for packages that are not successfully delivered to us. - Delivery costs pertaining to all returns shall be borne by the customer.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
