Can I change the scheduled delivery date?

What do I do if my order is not delivered as scheduled?

Is my order’s shipping fully trackable?
Standard Local Shipping: Yes, this option is fully trackable. Should you wish to get your tracking number, drop us an email at merchandise@singaporegp.sg and the team will assist you.
Standard International Shipping: This service may be fulfilled by local mail partners and might not include a tracking number.
Premium Express International Shipping: Yes, this option is fully trackable. A tracking airway bill will be provided in your confirmation email so you can monitor your order’s progress.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties for my orders?
All orders are shipped from Singapore and may be subject to custom duties, taxes or other fees upon arrival in your country.
- Custom duties: These charges are to be borne by the recipient. As customs policies vary by country, we are unable to advise on the exact costs. For details, please contact your local customs office.
- Payment: Our courier will reach out to arrange payment should any additional charges apply.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided in cases of change of mind due to custom duty taxes.
- Restricted Delivery Locations (International): We do not deliver to military camps, navy yards, air force base, outstation posts or government buildings.
How long will my order take to arrive?
