Where can I purchase official Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 merchandise?

You can purchase official Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 merchandise from our online store at www.singaporegp.sg and merchandise booths in the Circuit Park from 15 September to 17 September 2023.

Will I receive an order confirmation for my online purchase?

You will receive an automated email confirmation upon successful payment of your order.

What if I do not receive an email confirmation after successful payment of order?

If you do not receive an email confirmation for your order, please contact us for assistance at email shop@singaporegp.sg

How do I place a bulk / corporate order?

Please email us for assistance at merchandise@singaporegp.sg should you wish to place a corporate order or a bulk order for 5 or more of the same items.

Is there available stock for all the items listed on the website?

Only products that are available in stock are shown on the website. Products or sizes no longer available will be shown as Sold Out and cannot be selected. Although our stock inventory is constantly updated, there may be exceptional cases where an item may be sold out at the time your order is sent out.

However, all selected items’ availability will be verified before your order process is completed and should any item become unavailable, you will be notified before check-out.

Will products listed as ‘Sold Out’ be available again at a later time?

Yes, some products may be available again at a later time. You may want to visit our online store regularly to check if the items are back in stock.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order if it has not been shipped yet?

Your order will be processed immediately upon successful payment; hence we will not be able to cancel or change your order. Should you require a change of delivery address/method, you can make the changes via the SMS/Email delivery link you receive.

Why is my order cancelled even though I have received a successful order confirmation email?

Your order may have been cancelled for reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, we will notify you via email on the follow-up process.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide except for some restricted areas (both local and international). Do refer to the list below for the locations that fall in the restriction category.

If my order consists of pre-order and in-stock products, when can I receive my purchased products?

For pre-orders, the expected availability for delivery/shipping is indicated on the individual product pages. Your whole order will be held until the last pre-order product is available for delivery/ shipping. Please allow us 2 working days to deliver/ship your order together in one parcel. If you wish to have your in-stock products, be delivered/shipped separately, before your pre-order purchase, please order and pay for the items separately.

I will be attending the Singapore Grand Prix and my order consists of pre-order and in-stock products, can I receive my order prior to the Event?

We cannot give a specified delivery estimate for pre-orders, other than the expected availability dates. We would highly recommend selecting self-collection at our Merchandise Collection Counter to receive your merchandise during the race weekend.

Will I receive a delivery/shipping notification email?

You will receive a notification email with the expected delivery schedule and order tracking information. For local Singapore delivery, an SMS notification will also be sent.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, your delivery address can be different from your billing address.

Is my order’s delivery/shipping fully trackable?

Yes, your order is trackable.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Please confirm your purchase before 11.00pm (Singapore Local Time) to receive your order within the following times:

Local Singapore Courier Service 2 – 3 working days
Express International 5 – 15 working days (subject to customs clearance)

 

For orders placed after 11.00pm or on the weekends, please add an additional 1 working day to the delivery time.

International orders are usually delivered within 5-15 working days, but depending on your location, please do expect up to 10 working days from the date your order leaves from our warehouse. Remote Addresses may incur longer shipping time and cost – dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

Can I change the scheduled delivery date?

Yes, you can change the scheduled delivery date for the local Singapore courier delivery service only. You can also select a specific time for delivery at an additional charge of SGD $6.88 per delivery. You can make the changes via the SMS/Email delivery link you receive. If there are any changes made after 10 days from the first scheduled delivery date, there will be an additional charge of SGD $6.88.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties for my orders?

Yes, all customs or import duties must be borne by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost may be as customs’ policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

I will be attending the Singapore Grand Prix, can I arrange for my merchandise order to be delivered to a Singapore hotel at a specific date?

Yes, you can do so by providing the Singapore hotel address as the local delivery address and request for the specific delivery date change upon receiving the delivery notification email. Local delivery charges apply. However, please note that your order will only be delivered to the Hotel Concierge/ Reception, and it will be deemed delivered upon receipt by the Hotel. Please note that Singapore GP will not be held liable for any loss or damaged goods upon receipt by the Hotel Concierge/Reception.

What do I do if my order is not delivered as scheduled?

Extra surcharges, in varying amount, will apply to deliveries to restricted zones in Singapore. However, there are still restricted zones which are considered out of bounds to the public so delivery cannot be made.

Is there any charge for self-collection?

Self-collection is free for all orders with no minimum order value.

What form of payment method do you offer?

We only accept debit and credit card payments by VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB and China UnionPay.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small orders.

Returns And Exchange Policy

By ordering products on the Singapore GP online store, you agree to be bound by our Exchange & Returns Terms. Please note that you may only return a Product when you:

  • receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified on the website
  • receive a faulty or damaged Product.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we are unable to perform any product exchange. If you prefer the product in another colour/ size, please place a new order.

Please note: Products purchased from the Singapore GP online store cannot be exchanged at official Singapore GP merchandise stores in the Circuit Park from 15th September to 17th September 2023.

Can I return a damaged, defective product or incomplete product?

We will only accept return of products with genuine manufacturing defects, products damaged during shipment or incomplete/wrong products received. Please notify us via email within 3 days of receipt of goods and return the product to us within 14 days (for local returns) or 30 days (for international returns).

Local Returns Policy

  • All returns must include a completed Merchandise Return Form (MRF)
    (Please note that returns without a completed MRF will be subjected to delays.)
  • Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Product must not be worn, altered, or washed and in their original packaging.
  • Product must have the original hang tags and labels attached.
  • Please note that local delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Please remove or cover any original mailing address label or shipping barcodes from package if using the original packaging for the returns.
  • Please use a trackable delivery method for the returns and keep the tracking details for your records. Singapore GP shall not be responsible for packages that are not successfully delivered to us.
  • Delivery costs pertaining to all returns shall be borne by the customer.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

If you return a product that does not meet the requirements for returns set above, we reserve the right to reject the return and request for refund.

If we receive your package within the timeline specified above, please allow 14 working days for us to process your returns and determine if the product(s) meet our returns policy.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be made within 30 to 45 days.

If payment was made with your debit or credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

Refunds will be made in Singapore Dollars.
